Mr. Iván Marroquín is a Native Guatemalan who came to the United States in Middle School. Growing up in Los Angeles helped Iván solidify his passion in growing up to be bilingual and bi-literate. Iván finished his BA in Spanish Language and Literature at SDSU and then attended Pepperdine to complete his M.A. in Clinical Psychology. During his 20 years in Education, Iván has taught and lead in programs for students in P-12, taught Spanish for Elementary and Middle School, Taught Art in Spanish for Dual Language Programs, provided tutoring in Spanish and has been an Adjunct Professor at a local college. As a teacher, Iván makes Spanish classes fun by providing movement, music, art, and chants through comprehensible input while pairing visuals and oral practice into each lesson. Students don’t even realize how much Spanish they have learned until classes have finished.

- Basic Spanish
This small-group virtual class is tailored to the adult who wants to learn Spanish and has little or no Spanish knowledge. These classes are no-stress, engaging and fun. Clients will come away with the ability to understand and engage in the Spanish Language. All classes are tailored to the needs of each client.

Take this fun virtual class to learn conversational Spanish for Travelers. The goal of these classes are to help travelers professionals communicate more effectively with locals while traveling abroad.

Take this 60 minute virtual class for fun and learn about some famous Latin Artists – En español! A material list will be emailed ahead of time and all that is left is your favorite beverage

Virtual Spanish Tutoring
All tutoring sessions at Juntos Consulting are tailored to the needs of the student. We tutor students in all grades including elementary grades. We also help college bound students prepare for Advanced Placement tests and University students throughout all levels of classes.
