About Juntos in Education

Juntos Consulting/Juntos in Education was founded by Dr. Beth Mossman-Marroquín, an educator, curriculum developer, author, and consultant with more than three decades of experience in education. Her expertise includes Bilingual Education, Dual Language Immersion, Multilingual/English Learner instruction, literacy, curriculum and instructional design, educational leadership, and professional learning.

Throughout her career, Dr. Mossman-Marroquín has served as a Bilingual/EL Teacher, Reading Specialist, Administrator, Instructional Coach, Consultant, University Professor, curriculum developer, and professional learning facilitator. As a school leader, she was the founding principal of two successful TK–5 Dual Language programs in Los Angeles and helped support their expansion into middle and high school. Under her leadership, her most recent school was recognized as one of NCUST America’s Top 10 Schools, a California Distinguished School, and a U.S. News & World Report Top Elementary School.

Dr. Mossman-Marroquín creates and publishes educational books and resources for children, families, homeschool educators, and classroom teachers. Her work combines research-based educational practices with practical, engaging materials designed to make learning accessible and enjoyable.

Tutoring & Personalized Academic Support
Juntos in Education also provides individualized tutoring and academic support for students. Services are designed around each learner’s strengths and needs, with an emphasis on building skills, confidence, independence, and a positive relationship with learning.

Dr. Mossman-Marroquín is a sought-after presenter who has shared her expertise at conferences including the California MTSS Conference, TWBI/ATDLE, CABE, NABE, La Cosecha, and for several school district. She has authored articles and professional learning materials related to Dual Language Education and has contributed to professional publications in the field.
