Juntos Consulting was founded by Dr. Beth Mossman-Marroquín, an educational specialist in the areas of Bilingual Education, Dual Language Immersion and English Learners. In her many years as an educator, Dr. Mossman-Marroquín has served in various capacities including Bilingual/EL Teacher, Reading Specialist, Administrator, Coach, Consultant and Professor.  In the school system, she has been the founding principal of two successful TK-5 Dual Language Programs in Los Angeles and has helped both transition to middle/high school. Dr. Mossman-Marroquín has been asked to present at many conferences including TWBI/ATDLE, CABE, NABE, Cosecha, CSUDH Bilingual Conference and more. She has authored several articles and mentor modules pertaining to Dual Language and was most recently asked to collaborate on a chapter in an upcoming Dual Language Handbook.  Dr. Mossman-Marroquín has dedicated herself to ensuring educational access for all, elevating multilingual education, addressing deficit based educational ideologies and helping districts, schools, teachers and preservice teachers to find their voice for equity in education.
